Glenn Martens on royalty chapter 2: Y-Project Fall 2017 from Paris Fashion Week
Glenn Martens explored the idea of celebrity and royalty from the ancient times to the 90’s, connecting this way womenswear collection with the menswear shown last January. Y-Project Fall 2017 featured bizzarre and exaggerated volumes and shapes with the iconic soccer scarves.
Streetwear referencs are strong in the collection and are mixed with glamorous details and fabrics.
