Paco Rabanne‘s revival: Fall 2017 at Paris Fashion Week
The risk of getting anachronistic for a brand like Paco Rabanne is always very high. Just consider the plastic, iron and all the iconic materials that made the fashion house recognizable. Julien Dossena, brand’s creative director since 2013, was able to take things from the aesthetic of Paco Rabanne and make them contemporary. The silver fabrics are used to fake metal materials.
Shining, fluid dancing dresses on the runway were the big thing this season.
