Missoni‘s political message: Fall 2017 collection at Milan Fashion Week
Missoni goes political with its Fall 2017 collection on the runway at Milan Fashion Week. Angela Missoni, in her final speech, at the end of the show, surrounded by her family, talked about today’s cultural and political climate and about what fashion can do.
The iconic colours of Missoni were still there, creating diverse geometrical effects. For the next seson the brand introduced new silhouettes like for the cropped-leg pantsuit, a key piece of the collection, and featured maxi-sweaters, sleeveless furs and an assertive attitude.
