The backstage of the Danish designer’s fashion show

Meteorological phenomena stood in for an inspirational source for Henrik Vibskov to conceive his latest fashion collection. The Spring/Summer 2019 theme is Wind and everthing linked to it, i.e playful paper planes, parachutes, boomerangs, aerodynamics, soap bubbles, foamy waves and even bad breath. Mechanical wind turbines were controlled by the performers called VIBS Air Repair Service.

Currently the only Scandinavian designer on the official schedule of the Paris Men’s wear Fashion Week, Henrik Vibskov gave evidence of his talent in lending fashion a daring character and transforming it into wearable art.

His garments are equipped in order to guarantee the adequate aesthetic and functional potential in windy situations, something that should be very ordinary in marine landscapes as Copenhagen.
