The Spring Summer 2018 collection by Mary Katrantzou is precious and simple at the same time. The inspiration came from her young memories, her games and items she used to play with during the 80’s in Greece. Everyday objects are always the starting point for the designer who creates color and fabric layers.
The collection is playful with embroidries and beads, with baloon-shape dresses and flower decorations and it is very feminine in the most pure way, featuring long fringed dresses and skirts. For the next spring summer Mary Katrantzou wisely mixed her experience with contemporary solutions.
